RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Construction Leader | Margin Protector

Base Salary: $75,000
Performance Earnings: $100,000–$150,000+
Quarterly | Uncapped | GP-Based

This is a disciplined construction leadership role.
The Reconstruction Project Manager delivers controlled, profitable rebuilds — on time, on budget, and at standard.

You are paid for predictable execution, clean documentation, and margin protection.

ROLE PURPOSE

Deliver end-to-end reconstruction projects from approved scope through completion and closeout.
Own planning, scheduling, trade coordination, cost control, quality assurance, client management, and documentation integrity.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Manage multiple concurrent reconstruction projects
· Accurate estimating, budgeting, and cost tracking
· Schedule planning and enforcement (no drift)
· Trade, supplier, and crew coordination
· Scope control and change order discipline
· Client expectation management and professional communication
· Quality assurance, punch discipline, and clean closeout
· Margin protection through value engineering and cost control
· Milestone-based documentation kept clean and audit-ready

LEADERSHIP & GROWTH RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is a department leadership seat. Predictable outcomes and clean files are the standard.
· Lead with authority on site and with trades
· Represent WINMAR® professionally in the field and with clients
· Identify upsell opportunities and protect scope clarity
· Contribute to brand growth through disciplined delivery and reputation

INCENTIVE STRUCTURE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Missed standards eliminate incentive eligibility. This is a performance model, not a participation model.
· Quarterly payout
· Uncapped GP participation
· Individual AND team-based accountability
· Documentation, communication, and margin discipline required
· Audit compliance is a hard gate (no audit = no incentive)
· Standards are enforced consistently across all levels of the organization

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS

· Residential and/or commercial construction leadership experience
· Demonstrated cost control and scheduling discipline
· Experience managing multiple concurrent projects at pace
· Strong change order enforcement and scope control
· Proven trade and subcontractor coordination
· Clean documentation record and process discipline
· Bondable (mandatory) and valid driver’s licence

90-DAY PERFORMANCE ALIGNMENT

· Structured 90-day ramp-up to align with standards and documentation discipline
· Coaching and correction are provided early and directly
· Continued non-compliance results in demotion or termination
