Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000

Performance Earnings: $150,000–$250,000+

Quarterly | Uncapped | GP-Based

This is a performance seat.

The Estimator owns the financial outcome of every assigned file — scope authority, pricing strategy, gross profit, documentation integrity, and final results.

We do not pay for time served. We pay for proven ownership, disciplined execution, and margin protection.

ROLE PURPOSE

Own the full file lifecycle from first notice of loss to final closeout.

Control scope, pricing, negotiation, change order discipline, and file-level profitability while leading the project execution team to clean, audit-ready outcomes.

WHAT YOU OWN

· Full file lifecycle financial outcome (P&L responsibility)

· Scope approval and pricing authority

· Gross profit performance and margin protection

· Insurer and client negotiation

· Change order discipline and scope control

· Primary relationship ownership (client/adjuster)

· Audit-ready documentation integrity at all times

· Team accountability: you are accountable for your team’s execution and results

· Growth contribution: upsell discipline, brand representation, and relationship expansion

INCENTIVE STRUCTURE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

This compensation model is built for disciplined operators. Incentive eligibility exists only when standards are met.

· Quarterly payout

· Uncapped GP-based model

· Individual AND team-based accountability

· Documentation, communication, and margin discipline required

· Audit compliance is a hard gate (no audit = no incentive)

· Standards are enforced consistently across all levels of the organization

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS

· Multi-year field leadership in BOTH emergency mitigation and reconstruction delivery

· Demonstrated history of gross profit accountability

· Direct insurer negotiation and scope/pricing control experience

· Ability to manage multiple concurrent files without loss of control

· Audit-ready documentation discipline (consistent, not occasional)

· Bondable (mandatory) and valid driver’s licence

· Comfort operating in a standards-driven environment with real accountability

90-DAY PERFORMANCE ALIGNMENT

This is not a beginner role. Experienced operators are expected to align quickly and execute.

· Structured 90-day ramp-up to align with standards, documentation discipline, and audit requirements

· Coaching and correction are provided early and directly

· Continued non-compliance results in demotion or removal/termination
