GENERAL MANAGER ASSISTANT (GMA)
Audit Authority | Compliance Control | Operational Gatekeeper

This is not an administrative support role.
This is not a production role.
This is a standards enforcement role.

The GMA protects operational integrity inside a high-volume, performance-driven environment.

COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $65,000

Quarterly Performance Bonus tied directly to:
  • Office insurer scorecard performance
  • 48-hour audit completion compliance
  • Documentation accuracy and defensibility
  • Escalation and risk detection discipline
  • Client follow-up and survey execution

Bonus eligibility requires maintaining insurer score above minimum threshold (80%) and meeting audit standards.
Hard standards. No exceptions.

ROLE PURPOSE

The GMA acts as the final documentation and compliance gate before invoicing, closeout, and escalation.

You ensure work is accurate, complete, defensible, contractually compliant, and aligned with internal standards.

This is a pass/fail function - not a negotiation function.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct strict file audits on active and closing projects
  • Enforce documentation standards without exception
  • Verify notes, forms, photos, timelines, and compliance items
  • Track deficiencies and confirm correction (not perform correction)
  • Escalate integrity concerns immediately
  • Maintain clean audit trails and escalation records
  • Monitor recurring patterns and compliance gaps
  • Support the GM with reporting and operational follow-ups
  • Cold-call clients for follow-ups and satisfaction surveys
  • Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain high organization across multiple files and priorities

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

  • 48-hour audit completion standard (detail over speed)
  • Insurer score must remain above minimum threshold
  • All enforcement actions documented
  • No suppressed compliance issues
  • Standard apply equally to leadership and field

Performance concerns are addressed through correction and coaching.
Continued non-compliance results in removal.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

  • Advanced Excel capability (tackers, reconciliation, validation)
  • Strong Word documentation
  • Professional Outlook communication
  • Comfort reviewing large volumes of digital documentation daily
  • Highly structured digital file management discipline

QUALIFYING PROFILE

  • Calm under pressure
  • Highly structured and detail-driven
  • Comfortable enforcing standards without apology
  • Strong on the phone and confident in communication
  • Organized across multiple priorities
  • Willing to escalate issues when required
  • Bondable (mandatory)

WORK STRUCTURE

  • Primarily office-based
  • Occasional site verification when required
  • No production responsibilities
